LUCI is a network of cities established in
2002 by the call of the city of Lyon, to
revaluate the beautiful illumination
which the cities hold. And fortunately,
Osaka had the privilege to be a part of it.

This network of cities famous for
illumination enables the exchange of
information and experiences through
the enhancement of light.

Osaka is widely known for its very
famous illumination in the Dotombori
district, but through LUCI, Osaka - City of
lights – will be able to promote many
other illumination events which already
exist as seasonal events.
